Ashley Armstrong has kept Btechnical Group’s back office running smoothly since January 2020. Along with her quick wit and being a ton of fun to work with, her attention to detail is world class. She’s been instrumental in bringing our book keeping function in house. She’s transitioned our back office to Quickbooks, helped navigate Covid shut down, automated payment and receivables processes, complex inter-company billing, manages timesheet and invoice tracking, ensures everyone gets paid on time and generates operating and financial reports. She keeps her eye on the financial landscape and advocates for a healthy balance sheet.

Ashley brings over 15 years of book keeping, Quickbooks, Excel and general office management experience to the team. She’s worked for many clients in various industries over her career in mainly a contracting capacity, yet agreed to join Btechnical as a w-2 employee from the onset – we call her our own and are grateful to have her as a key contributor to the team, our clients and employees/vendors. She’s magic at juggling multiple priorities including being a mom, contracting part-time with other long-term clients, being a fitness guru, and managing our back office and processes to facilitate growth and scale.
