Matthew Blaylock, as a technology staffing executive, has consistently grown repeat business over the past 23 years. Working with clients and their unique business cases, aligning recruiting efforts and selling the clients’ vision to the appropriate audience are where he’s most effective.  As a connector and entrepreneur with a servant leader heart, keen focus on personal and organizational growth and honing operational efficiency, he’s motivated by serving others and providing opportunities for people to solve technical and business problems. In doing so, he fosters career growth, impact and competitive advantage.

Specializing in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market, Matthew began his career as Director of Training and Recruiting for AFR Services, Inc. From there, he served as a Partner in Fundu Technologies, a business consulting and technical staffing firm, based in Dallas, where he was responsible for direct sales, recruiting and daily operations.

Matthew founded Btechnical Group in 2006 and holds a BA degree from University of Texas at Dallas. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys time with family and friends, playing guitar, riding motorcycles, being outdoors hunting, fishing, hiking, gardening, stargazing and watching the sunrise and sunset.
